  1. We should trust Wray to investigate anything? No! He should be let off, investigated for irresponsible conduct and replaced. If he was worth his salt, reforms far beyond tightening procedural protocols and refresher courses would've begun nearly two years ago. He has at the very least proved himself incapable of driving the necessary reforms. He's like Linsey Graham: Pretty words, no action.
