  1. Fairness, used synonymously with impartiality, is an absolute requirement for all non despotic governments to ensure. It's not all that complicated. In the current calamity, fairness broke down when Trey Gowdy asked all the right questions about Hillary's email scams and got all the worst possible answers only to leave the oversight chair, then declined to serve as AG and proclaimed himself 'not interested in prosecuting Hillary"! You failed us, and I can tell from your voice that you know it.
