Yes, Laura, they probably will be wrong – again and again and again and... And they'll ignore it and continue to fail – again. This is the inevitable effect of supplanting neutral evaluation with heavily biased, wishful thinking and it's the flaw marring economics and politics for three decades. My thrust is invested in spadecalling. I hope that a few good men in politics and journalism will come to revere the truth above all else as it is our only guide to find sustainable paths moving on from here. Truth isn't static, well nothing is, really, but trying to manipulate convictions from standpoints of ideologies can't develop the increased awareness necessary to deal with the huge problems of our former, huge successes. We're now maxed out and far too busy deluding ourselves we can continue playing games...
