McCabe already lied under oath. Why give him immunity? Only the parts of his testimony which can be supported by official documents can be trusted anyway. If he chooses to point to anyone as responsible or as co-conspirators, the tagets' lawyers will immediately direct the judges attention to the official report of him lying under oath, thus invalidating his deposition as admittable evidence. No! If he can contribute substantially to frying bigger fish, let him get a minor reduction of his sentence, but certainly not immunity. The scumbag needs to do real time. Crimes within the law enforcement leadership ranks are highly detrimental to society as a whole and should elicit severe sentences for obvious reasons of deterrence and public trust.
