Christina is being investigated by the police, accused by a specific, named person on twitter for derision and/or hateful speech towards someone based on a minority status. If charged and convicted the crime has a penalty-frame of a fine up to max 3 years in prison. The police hasn’t charged Christina with anything and probably wont, because the wording used by Christina seems well within legality…
