  4. jeff lockaby You insufferable fool! That has nothing to do with anything, the logical reason being, that process privileges cannot in any way be affected by presumptions of any later sentencing. But I noticed how you dimbulbs forgot the basic principles of the law; presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond all reasonable doubt! I swear, nobody is as confused and ignorant as democrat voters. And their leaders and media are encouraging this rootless stupidity recklessly, simply because fools are so easily manipulated. But when we get to the final confrontation, fools can't prevail and start eating their own in a miserable display of selfdestrutive evilness...
