He'd probably try the same spiel he used before senate intelligence committee on the judge: "No, I can't divulge how we know this or provide any proof there of, since it's all classified..." Upon which the judge would tell him, gently but firmly, that the case would then have to be dismissed. Mueller would then stroll out with his usual determined demeanor and head directly to congress, there to argue for better funding of the IC to provide "more protection" for the poor, defenseless and deplorable voters...
