  1. It's from a power plant at a huge dam. We're watching the flooding of the compensation chamber when the turbines are stopped. The chamber is meant to alleviate the huge water pressure on the turbine blades in case one or more of the three turbines malfunction or are shut down automatically by an accident (lighting, ball bearings defects).
