Hi Karen!
21
@gooner72 Yes, it is a bit funny how completely clueless people think that calling others ignorant in a polite fashion isn’t an insult…
15
@RobSoRandom What a loving assertion concerning »these people«, no hate discernible at all…

4:40 How can he be so certain the little depressions precedes the end of the ice age? We have a lot of stones in Denmark with the same little round depressions but there were no permanent inhabitants here until the end of the glaciation, only hunters visiting in the summer…

2:25 „Twenty men and nothing else“ would be regarded as more than enough for a monastery. Remember the Vikings counted one Viking as ten ordinary men and didn’t expect any resistance from monks… In their reckoning 200 men (20 X 10) would be overkill…

@kristiskinner8542 What isn’t? Calling someone »ignorant«? Of course it is, especially if the context shows you were just replacing »stupid« with »ignorant«! What are you, ignorant?
2
@davidarundel6187 »Narc Assist« is a section within the CIA, don’t you know?
2
@doncook2054 No-no! As you can surely deduce with a little help from some competent assistant hopefully at hand, I understand you better than you do, yourself. But don’t worry, you’ll get used to this. In fact, simply accept it, as it is probably your destiny. Must be thankful for small mercies, right?
2
@andrewsock1608 Pay to see it?
2
Yes, yes, go right ahead and revise almost everything we thought we knew about human species including hobbits and whatnot, why don’t you, without a single word about the Sasquatch — which may actually still be alive in North America… … just kidding… … mostly…

@doncook2054 Says another Karen…
1
@doncook2054 Is that your preferred remedy, Karen?
1
@doncook2054 Language, language dear Karen!
1
@doncook2054 That’s right, always give it your best shot… … no matter how lame…
1
@doncook2054 I’ve made an answer in simple English just in case, you know: Whatever…
1
@doncook2054 How convenient you forget, Karen my Karen…
1
@bonnieharris8112 is a cute little trollop!
1
jason barnett I did? Where?
1
@paulreynolds9003 My rule of thumb is »always underestimate the stupidity of people« – never underestimate your own…
1
Short answer: No!
1
Please tell us how such a massive stone 8:00 „didn’t survive“! What happened and how precise is the replica?
1
@williamromine5715 Yes, but if you’re „suspect“, you belong in the lineup! I think you mean „suspicious“.
1
@williamromine5715 It is possible…
1
@williamromine5715 Are you off your rocker? I answered you comment, „You may be right“. Never implied anything about dating anything!
1
Exactly my thoughts...
1
@andrewsock1608 Right! 😂

Not fit for spirals
1
@kevinroche3334 No, there are far too many of these stones and most of them in places that were below the ice cover. The occasional hunting party couldn’t have made them. Only south-vest Jutland was ice free in the beginning and that’s not where they’re found. They’re clearly made after the ice had receded and the country became permanently inhabited.
1
How confident is the dating, though? Could the circle be antediluvian? 3000 BC just doest seem right…

When you and you male counterpart consider taking the advice so generously provided channel owners by YouTube, also consider this: A good years or so ago, YouTube attempted to start a grandiose channel of its own — and failed so egregiously the project was scrapped completely! My advice: Be yourselves and talk like natural human beings…
1
From 600 to 60 m in one fell swoop? That was some drastic reduction…
1
@mrdarren1045 If you knew anything, you’d know this, too… That was how the Vikings counted when they lay siege to cities like Paris or Lyon and extracted Danegeld from Kings so often that they ended up getting land to settle on. (Danelagen, Normandy)
1
@mrdarren1045 There’s plenty of instances mentioning the way they counted, both in the monastery chronicles from France and Britain and from the Sagas, of course. The Stamford bridge incident were a successful ambush where the Vikings never had time to don their armor. Defeated? It never really felt like that what with Wilhelm the Conqueror being the 8th grandchild of Rollo and coming from the Viking territory of Normandy to take the crown…
1
To the title question: No!
