But he should actually be court-marshaled, since his misconduct rose to the level of intention with a heavy biased hand on both candidates' scales! However: In Hillary's case he doled out plea deals like candy, got nothing in return – and omitted to ensure recorded testimonies and physical evidence. He deliberately botched it, period! In Trump's case he acted to the other extreme: He defrauded the FISC by signing off on unvetted material, failed to provide exculpatory evidence and lied to both the president and congress. Now, get his scrawny arse directly to jail. Minimum recommend sentence 30 to 50, no parole before 25 served... Since you all seem so hellbent that he keeps his lying head on his shoulders... Oh, and confiscate his book proceeds just like Snowden's. Breach of contract with the state on matters of the most sensitive security!
