This is nothing more than a lie or speculation, concocted by some cabal-members within the CIA, and pushed through MSM. They're scared of what Trump can achieve with a second term. The article in NYT comes off lacking evidence and hedges so much, it sounds like deliberate speculation. The most likely reason Trump don't know about this is that there never was anything to brief him about. Which, btw, means that he doesn't "deny" knowledge, but simply informs MSM that it's just another scam... Think it over: If such an idiotic and dangerous program was Russian, it would have been a problem already under Obama.
