  1. Well, I'm all for full disclosure, but Reuters is speculating. I don't consider AG Barr to be Trump's henchman at all, as he has so far refrained from prosecuting any of the coup cabal members. He has also let his office continue to fight against the request from Judicial Watch to grant public access under FOIA to various key communications, which likely would expose the FBI complicity in the coup attempt further, leading to charges becoming unavoidable. No, Barr is behaving like any other Washington swamp creature, so it's far more likely not Trump but FBI and DOJ officials, he's protecting.
