  50. All your points are well taken of course, but isn't it a bit unfortunate to attach all this to a gender and a specific name? I mean there're male control freaks as well. Fewer, perhaps, but still. These individuals are anxiety ridden, obsessive-compulsives, who will always live up to the worst consequences of bad political governance. The trick is to not allow them to advance within administrative and executive branches. They're not there to serve the taxpayers. They're there to feel part of a big, powerful system.
