  1. Joyless laughter comes out of the some of the people I used to consider just incredibly stupid, but who in this context appear mean, hateful and outright evil. Whoopi Goldberg looks so terribly mean and spiteful, she makes me wonder if there is such a thing as possession by evil spirits.
