  1. It’s astonishing to me that the Supreme Court can choose not to hear a case without putting out informative guidelines and arguments as to why. Such medieval practices seem to preserve institutional justice being very heavily biased against the very criticism needed to keep politics democratic and against the debate which might make lawmakers update the laws and their implementation by the courts.

Shame on all these institutions of power doubling down on fighting dirty to get more, more, more power and control.  Shame on our elected representatives allowing banksters to suck working people and small business-owner dry and moving the goalposts whenever ordinary people try to get ahead on the stock marked with it’s geared »hedge funds«.  Shame on governments selling out of national resources and individual rights and freedom to enrich themselves through kickback schemes and special benefits – or as we used to say before censorship evolved into thought-control and double-think – bribes and corruption...
