Tim Steinkamp Well, the MSM are owned by money tanks, hedge funds, trust funds and investment funds, made largely tax exempt by moving money elsewhere and by shuffeling them between charities and investments. MSM no longer tell the public what's going on in politics or finance and they don't investigate nor track large movements of money. Our representatives are on the take from the money-scheme machines, and it shows: The voter-base has a fifty/fifty chance to have suggestions turned into law. The big donors and their lobbyists have a solid 80% chance that their proposals are made into laws. This way the system gets more and more crooked year by year. When things get too gross, the lawmakers promise transparency and equanimity, but it's soooo complicated and they always end up ensuring some nice loopholes in the laws for the great players while straining at all the little numbers in our tax returns...

But it's almost impossible to maintain focus when MSM is spreading dissent and misinformation while hidden censorship on social media is mushrooming and some 85% of representatives have no honor and therefore no correlation between words and deeds.

  8. The press doesn't show any tendency towards "fixing itself". On the contrary, it's still peddling "conspiracy" and "racist" at every exposure of its innumerable coverups and lies. It's even supporting censorship on social media, while politically motivated shadow banning is perpetrated on all the major social platforms by all the major players... Frankly, it seems to me that MSM have no concern for the wellbeing of America nor the people. As far as I can tell, their focus is determined solely by the money flows. True information, necessary for citizens to partake in meaningful elections, is also of no concern to them. I think they're so disdainful of the public, they actually would support despotic oligarchy in America openly, if they thought they could get away with it. They must think Russia and China are doing great?

  10. Tim Steinkamp This is all a new angle to me. I have to mull it over some, just in order to respond properly. You certainly have given this a lot of thought. My philosophy for what constitutes good government can be summarized rather briefly: Loving caretakers with the ability to listen and the wisdom to find the smallest means to the greatest effect. It actually never entered my mind that the sheer number of representatives would matter much, mainly because I found the general quality-level appallingly low. My experience with meetings between large numbers of mandated representatives tends to point in the opposite direction, meaning that the efficacy of such meetings is inversely proportional to the number of participants. But at the same time, my experience seems to show that lasting changes must have a solid, widespread rooting in the peoples. The current state of affairs, where unelected officials abuse entrusted powers and lobbyists rule from the shadows is wuite untenable imo. But would more representation really help? I tend to doubt it. But I am mulling, I swear! I imagine increased awareness will turn out to prove the main remedy, so currently my focus is on opposing censorship, shadow banning, rightthink and the abominable MSM's propaganda machine with all its twisted lies in lieu of real information. I also think that we all must take a step back from our own egos and increase our awareness of our role and place in the complexity of all Life. We seem to be mostly doing the opposite, entrenching ourselves in movements of little merit, giving no room for our Spirit to soar. I believe awareness is key and that The Now is always the right place for it...
