The CIA did and does heinous things, but one of the things the agency did in the sixties was to entice doctors abroad to use LSD as a "therapeutic" by way of faked scientific reports and monetary enticement, causing irreparable harm and many suicides among perfectly curable psychiatric patients, only to expand their knowledge for MKUltra... I tend to block fools like you, to minimize notifications – and I did it again...
