  1. I agree with Zuckerberg on this. Governments certainly shouldn't shirk their responsibilities and place the burden/power in the hands private enterprises. Private owners of social platforms should only have the same responsibilities as any private citizen – that is to report illegal activities to authorities. But I suspect agreement stops there, because the big techs don't want authorities snooping, they're so busy stealing and abusing user data...
