Of course it should be grounded, but get the specifics right: It's not all the Boeing 737 Max series, only the Max 8 has the anti-stall facility overriding manual control! And in the case of the Indonesian crash, pilots weren't advised of this. Both crashes happened while climbing after takeoff, both requested return clearance, received this and were turning when they suddenly lost height. Both were less than six months out of production.
