What's up, judge? Where in "the rule of law" does it say to give a threefold rapist probation. Bye, judge...

Mannie Fresh Your so wrong in so many ways it's disgusting. That the attempt was interrupted accidentally doesn't mitigate anything. It's sad you can't realize and doesn't speak well of your character nor your powers of judgement.

Mannie Fresh Not a rapist? How do you figure that out? I believe non-consensual sex with a woman in a state of helplessness does constitute rape. I also believe that's what his sentencing stated. Am I wrong about that?

Mannie Fresh Of course there "was sex". The verdict was "Assault with intent to commit rape of an intoxicated/unconscious person, penetration of an intoxicated person and penetration of an unconscious person." He was interrupted by two students, attempted to flee, but was held until police arrived. This is in layman terms interrupted rape, and while the judge's sentencing was deemed "legal" it certainly wasn't fair – nor was it within normal precedence. I followed the case then, and it was clear to me that the judge was for some reason heavily biased in favor of the perpetrator. He was oh so worried about the impact on the perpetrator's future and unfeeling towards the victim's distress. Whether this represents prejudice or character flaws on the judge's part is irrelevant. There was a chance to stop him, and citizens did. Probably good riddance. The judge will easily find lucrative employment in corporate business, I'm sure...
