With the now globally established, debt-driven economy, national debt may become a weapon – or perhaps is considered as such already? Maybe the US leaders are simply betting on the US being "too big to fail" (like they said about the banks last we were made to pay for the Stockmarket gamblers insane greed). We will then see the debt becoming a regulatory means of suppression citizens unwilling to comply with the new world order of no privacy for private citizens, no rights for low tier citizens, complete censorship so sophisticated, only the smartest will know we're being censored at all – and of course the total lack of citizen protests, because any deviation from the global ruler's dictates will simple be met with a closing down of our bank accounts, making daily survival sap all strength to resist.
