@jonny87kz Thank you for your detailed answer. I hear your points. And I hear you having your hands full doing presumably good work. Respect.
However, that being said, I form my OWN opinion, and ACT accordingly. I don't look for excuses, I look for possibilities to further the case I believe in. Isn't that rather American, or is that just a benign, Scandinavian prejudice I have? I don't choose to stay inactive because of 'succesful Russian propaganda' or 'my governments inability to convince others'. I chose to do what I can, where I can. Informing others to the best of my ability, donating time and money.
And if I should be in doubt, or less resolute, Denmark has a Baltic sea border with Russian, a few nautical miles from where Nordstream was blow up. And I assume that was a 'Russian wet job' (brackish pun intented). So, I know that my nation and NATO COULD VERY WELL be next if we don't stop Russia in Ukraine. And such a further conflict would not exclude US!
So, what I don't understand is why some Americans apparently choose to look for excuses NOT to do the things that ARE in their own interest down the line. EVEN when speaker of the Senate says that 'it's the best deal US has ever made'. Then why wait doing a good, respectful, value- based and possible even down right profitable thing, just because CAN?
