@escapeearth2327 That depends on which country they reside in overseas. Taxes in Spain are cheaper than in the USA on any given day - however, there are many amenities that Spain doesn't have, where the US does. I found my home in Europe and I visit the US every year to see friends; each has to decide for him/herself.

Had the British Government appropriately taxed the wealthy to begin with, there wouldn’t be issues like this to begin with. Dirty politicians, crooked oligarchs and criminal lobbyists destroyed the UK. Greedy rich bastards who have more than enough already, plan again, to avoid paying taxes they should already be paying in the first place ( money laundering, tax havens, Swiss accounts, etc) all crooked ways the rich have at their disposals to hide and divert assets, while buying properties and making extreme profits off the average person and having the correct legal people in their pockets.
