ABOUT DAMN TIME -- the only thing this law will discourage is these so called "regret rapes" that always seem to have the same steps as usual -- party, she gets drunk, goes wild, ends up in bed at a frat house and so on......Why is it that men have to be held accountable for women's drunk behaviors?? Then, to add injury to insult, the woman's name is concealed, protected while the man's is spread all around the media, he is destroyed, pushed out of school or an institution etc. his life will never be the same. Yet to date, the woman can recant, and not a damn thing will happen to her -- This girl was his squeeze and that's the real story - she claimed stalking and all this BS knowing full damn well that he didn't do anything of the sort. The Media just ignores it now since the woman was found to have lied.
