It's called EQUAL OPPORTUNITY/RIGHTS ladies -- men get punished/sued/fired or penalized simply because women make a complaint or go to HR and simply state "I didn't like the way he looked at me." It's always amazing how good-looking men never get reported or men that those women favor to be with. It's always the men, who they are not interested in OR those men who didn't flirt/show them attention, then it becomes harassment or reported as being "uncomfortable." I worked in HR way too long to not see the imbalance on how women are gently treated when accused and men burned at the stake for the same miniscule matter. Times are changing and the open abuse of equality by women is coming back around to haunt them.
