  1. The main problem with Germany is that their structure has little to no flexibility to change with the times or given situation. This was evident when Germany cancelled all nuclear power stations without having a plan in place to absorb the void created by said move. Also, the German government is bending to the party in power and assigning massive responsibilities to individuals who have ZERO knowledge or background to what they are supposed to oversee and manage. The work conditions are robotic to downright brutal in most large conglomerates where even bathroom breaks are monitored for productivity lost - ridiculous. More and more Germans entering the workforce a dissatisfied with the grueling schedules, no room for growth or flexible approaches to problem-solving hence why highly educated Germans are leaving for other countries to advance being replaced by lower-skilled immigrants or Germans who are content with the status quo.
