@val-schaeffer1117 100% correct - Germany weaponised these factors to exclude "certain" persons from occupying positions of high earnings and managment. Germany tends to "forget" it's prominence after WW2 "Wirtschaftswunder" was possible by war reparations forgiveness (West Germany only), and a huge foreign labor force that basically performed all the jobs, the Germans themselves didn't want to do. The discrimination in Germany's workforce is alive and well which is now hindering it's economy due to an ageing workforce and skilled foreigners seaching elsewhere for employment.

@tricatame7427 YOU said it best -- they are robots. No emotions, no independent thinking or pathways for ingenuity or creative brainstorming. You do as you're told and never deviate from standards, despite the fact that the majority of them are outdated, non-competitive and simply asinie that only serves to hold innovation back. The mindless bureaucratic functions in Germany are astounding - unbelievable.

@effexon HAHAH! AI or automation in Germany - forget it! Here it's paperwork, no fax, no acceptance of email documentation and certainly no AI. German Bureaucracy doesn't even know what an electronic signature is; let alone able to function if someone goes on holiday - your paperwork stands still until they return. The Sick Leave from burnout is commonplace and getting worse - you cannot exhaust your workforce to the brink with minimum pay and high expectations - eventually the wheel will dislodge from the cart.
