@5jjt The US Constitution has worked well for America thus so far -- as with all laws, change is required to keep up with the current status quo - not what was ratified in 1789 - 232 years ago. I don't believe that you are allowed to speak your mind in America - depending on what you say, you might find yourself arrested. Secondly, the right to bear arms is certainly there - the question now is what is required to defend oneself? A.38 Caliber, M-16, Bazooka, Double barrel shotgun, Patriot Missile, Howitzer? Who's to say?? Who decides this and at what level is "self-defense" under or over justified??
An impartial judge or jury? From what I've seen, most cases in the USA are tried by Social Media, race relations, Gender pressured movements or political posturing. Also, what knowledge do 12 jurors possess in Law? None in most cases and how many "deals" are made between the Prosecution, Defense with information not allowed to be admitted or plea deals to avoid a penalty? Many believe that there is one law for the wealthy and another for the normal American citizen. Four days ago, Steven Bannon was charged with Contempt of Congress - a federal charge. I firmly believe that if you were charged with Contempt regarding a federal investigation, you'd be in a jail cell by now - just my opinion. Didn't America recently have an insurrection? A democracy? Now there's a twist - isn't going against the US Constitution considered treason and sedition? More than 691 people have been charged with the January 6 Insurrection and awaiting trial - yet the Senators who possibly partook in this event have yet to be investigated - why? It's now November; if your nation's FBI can question 661 persons, they certainly can walk across the street and interview those Senators who possibly participated in a week, one would think.
Can you cut and paste where I wrote and I'm quoting your statement that "I believe the Chinese are much happier than we are and its time to reinvent America." Please show me where I wrote that statement as you clearly were either on medication, drugs, drunk or simply blinded by unnecessary patriotism which seems to afflict many Americans who cannot get their two parties (Dems/Repubs) to simply work together. Again, show me where I wrote that - appreciate it.
In closing, many people come to the US for a better life; many people also leave the USA for various reasons. In fact, In 2020, the UN estimated that about 5.2 million people from the United States were living elsewhere or emigrated from the US to other nations - primarily Europe, Australia and South America.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emigration_from_the_United_States#:~:text=The%20United%20Nations%20estimates%20the,United%20States%30were%20living%40elsewhere.
In closing, what I'm saying is that the US Constitution is like any other document - it was written to lay the "groundwork" for this nation, but it does not and cannot address specific situations that rise from numerous circumstances ranging from age to technology - it must evolve as the US evolves and that is what I have said all along.

@davidgriffin9247 Exactly David -- ARIZONA should prove to all that these crazy conspiracy theories, alternative facts, falsehoods, cofefe, tweets, etc. are all unproven and false. However, these clowns will follow the orange over a cliff because they're his type: uneducated, ignorant, little to no knowledge of world affairs, mainly racists in their root thinking and couldn't point out LA, or their own state on a US Map. Don't bother -- it's just ignorance at it's best.
