  6.  @5jjt  The US Constitution has worked well for America thus so far -- as with all laws, change is required to keep up with the current status quo - not what was ratified in 1789 - 232 years ago. I don't believe that you are allowed to speak your mind in America - depending on what you say, you might find yourself arrested. Secondly, the right to bear arms is certainly there - the question now is what is required to defend oneself? A.38 Caliber, M-16, Bazooka, Double barrel shotgun, Patriot Missile, Howitzer? Who's to say?? Who decides this and at what level is "self-defense" under or over justified?? An impartial judge or jury? From what I've seen, most cases in the USA are tried by Social Media, race relations, Gender pressured movements or political posturing. Also, what knowledge do 12 jurors possess in Law? None in most cases and how many "deals" are made between the Prosecution, Defense with information not allowed to be admitted or plea deals to avoid a penalty? Many believe that there is one law for the wealthy and another for the normal American citizen. Four days ago, Steven Bannon was charged with Contempt of Congress - a federal charge. I firmly believe that if you were charged with Contempt regarding a federal investigation, you'd be in a jail cell by now - just my opinion. Didn't America recently have an insurrection? A democracy? Now there's a twist - isn't going against the US Constitution considered treason and sedition? More than 691 people have been charged with the January 6 Insurrection and awaiting trial - yet the Senators who possibly partook in this event have yet to be investigated - why? It's now November; if your nation's FBI can question 661 persons, they certainly can walk across the street and interview those Senators who possibly participated in a week, one would think. Can you cut and paste where I wrote and I'm quoting your statement that "I believe the Chinese are much happier than we are and its time to reinvent America." Please show me where I wrote that statement as you clearly were either on medication, drugs, drunk or simply blinded by unnecessary patriotism which seems to afflict many Americans who cannot get their two parties (Dems/Repubs) to simply work together. Again, show me where I wrote that - appreciate it. In closing, many people come to the US for a better life; many people also leave the USA for various reasons. In fact, In 2020, the UN estimated that about 5.2 million people from the United States were living elsewhere or emigrated from the US to other nations - primarily Europe, Australia and South America. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emigration_from_the_United_States#:~:text=The%20United%20Nations%20estimates%20the,United%20States%30were%20living%40elsewhere. In closing, what I'm saying is that the US Constitution is like any other document - it was written to lay the "groundwork" for this nation, but it does not and cannot address specific situations that rise from numerous circumstances ranging from age to technology - it must evolve as the US evolves and that is what I have said all along.

  29.  @1985Fritz  The discussion prior to your comment involved the success rate the CPUSA had in the USA since it's inception. If memory serves me correct, Gus Hall, Jarvis Tyner and Angela Davis were no where near being elected in any official capacity of this country outside of their own party correct? So in essence, the CPUSA has NEVER had a successful candidate run or become an elected official in the USA as I previously stated. In short, their organization has little to no merit in US Politics and structure and still doesn't to this date. You might want to invest in a Master's Degree, Political Science - you just might learn the difference between a successful party and one that fails to deliver like the CPUSA. My PhD is in Gastroenterology - not relevant to Political Science discussion, but I can certainly help you with that blockage you seem to have in your lower extremities - an herbal enema should do the trick. Czechoslovakia you say? Did you mean that you, your mother and younger brother were refugees from Stalin's Socialist workers "Paradise" or "parade" as you wrote it. I haven't heard about many people escaping a "parade" - I knew Stalin was a ruthless dictator, but he had people escaping from "parades" too?😂😂 Now, assuming you meant worker's "Paradise," in what year did you family escape Communist Czechoslovakia? Klement Gottwald was the Prime Minister from 1948-1953 where the famous "Show trials" took place and Jan Masaryk fell or was pushed to his death from a window. Gustáv Husák,was in charge from 1968 to 1972 when former Prime Minister Dubcek was removed during the Prague Spring of 1968. I am quite familiar with the show trials of the former Czechoslovakia, Hungary, East Germany and other previous Soviet satellite nations. I would be more than happy to discuss these trials with you as I have a Master's in POLITICAL SCIENCE - which taught me to be an expert in the knowledge of state and systems of government and the scientific analysis of political activity and behavior. History is a large part of Poly Sci if you hadn't noticed. I am also very familiar with the former East Germany (DDR), yet I never lived there - so much for your theory about experience of having "been there." Were you at the show trials yourself? Considering the timeframe, I highly doubt it, yet you're telling me about an experience of an incident you, yourself didn't attend! You might want to take your own advice on that one. Oh the humor and hypocritical irony you've displayed certainly gives you something to chew on and don't worry, you shouldn't take yourself too seriously, as I certainly haven't.🤣🤣😁😁

  32.  @1985Fritz  I am genuinely glad that your family escaped the former Czechoslovakia in 1948. interesting enough is meeting an American Officer on horseback instead of a border patrol vehicle as no horses were assigned to the Army’s 7th Corps in charge of securing the Bavarian border with Czechoslovakia. None of the BCP units at Schwandorf, Weiden, Hof, Waidhaus, Bayerische Eisenstein, Cham, or Fürth Im Wald Reconnaissance Units covering the Passau southern flank had horses assigned. Maybe the American Officer wanted to simply impress you and borrowed a horse from a local farm. Also, nowhere and no where are accepted in both formats according to Webster’s Dictionary - nice try. I mentioned my medical degree to distinguish the fact of your comment about "experience." In short, your comment had no relevance as although I wasn’t alive or participated in the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962, doesn’t mean I don’t possess any knowledge about it correct? So experience is not the only factor in knowledge, education is as well unless one believes a medical degree speaks volumes over a Poly Sci one over Poly Sci discussions - exactly - irrelevant, like your earlier comment. I am familiar with Canada - I have an aunt in Victoria British Columbia and cousin outside of Toronto. Are you familiar with Pine Gap Australia? I used to work there. I figured I’d reference my former employment as it’s irrelevant as your comment of asking me if I were familiar with the country of Canada. The difference here is that I’m familiar with Canada while you were never at Pine Gap nor familiar with its functions - your sarcasm is a moot point - however, you get an "E" for effort nevertheless. Regardless, I would be more than happy to discuss the former Czechoslovakia with you, prominent escapes ( maybe yours is one of them), the Sudetenland and it’s significance in the ethnic cleansing of the border town of As or Asch and Cheb or we can discuss the present Czech Republic (Czechia) as well. If that doesn’t work for you, we can go back to the CPUSA or Communism in general to ascertain the "Commie" threat to the USA 😂😂😂.
