@Kevin-rf4bj I have always found it odd when "victims" come forward 10,20,30,40 years later to the Media VS going to the Police when the incident actually occurred. We are talking about a black man during the 1950s-1970s, who allegedly drugged and assaulted 63 women while, being married, having children, a public, figure and a top celebrity. This was a time when a black man would have been lynched in certain areas of the country for even attempting to have intimacy with a person of Caucasian or other descent. Out of the 63, only one story stuck - Andrea Constad, who's first court case failed due to "lack of evidence/proof" only to turn around, get her PA DA Friend involved and the Me Too Movement and voila!!! A guilty verdict.
Do I think Cosby used his position in the Entertainment Industry to get sexual favors? Yes, I do. However, I believe many of these women used THEIR positions to advance their careers in the same industry or wanted to be in the spotlight in one way or the other. When one looks at the dates/times/places (2AM in Cosby's apartment, drunk for example), this tells me something isn't correct. At age 16 I knew better than to go to someone's apartment at 2AM and start drinking, c'mon. I also don't believe in the "damsel in distress" reason for not going to the authorities when it happened. How can authorities work with zero evidence ages later and expect a fair outcome? There are simply too many unanswered questions regarding the stories behind Cosby that need answering, besides him abusing his position for sexual favors.
