Where else in the world do people get to rock up thousands of years later and claim their ancestors used to live there so they can have the land now? Can I just do my family tree and with far more proof than those going to Israel say one on my many many grandparents used to live here 500 years ago so get out I want this house and land. Of coarse not its nonsense

What I don't understand is why God focused so much on that tiny bit of land you call Israel when he has the whole world to look after and considering how he is focused on it it seems a bit of a mess?

but that's not really true is it? A few Jews have but the collective "we Jewish people" cannot be applied can it? Yes some Jews lived there legitimately and they should be allowed to in peace and were doing but that does not mean millions of Jews from all over the world should be able to go there to live when they and their families have been living somewhere else for as far back as they can trace their families.

@mariawolf5843 You talk about the birth of Israel like it was an actual birth or a Phoenix from the flames but it was not it was a land grab by Europeans, there were hardly any Jews there, it was stealing land that had been Arab for around 1400 years and the Byzantine Empire before that. after decades of migration but mostly the 1940s Israel declared independence and began expelling Arabs, in fact they had begun doing that before declaring independence. This was terrible as were the Arab countries response expelling Jews but no Jews were expelled from Palestine or when it became Israel
