  2. Kinda sad that I heard this story many times but this is the first I've heard about Maria Helen Braga, who apparently is the primary inventer here. I suppose the narrative that centers Goodenough is just too juicy to pass on. Reminds me of when Kevin Randleman beat the hell out of Bas Rutten in UFC 20, but lost a clearly biased judge's decision due primarily to the Bas' charisma and his physical resemblance to the generic figure on the UFC logo at the time.
