  1. ​ @OnimenoJason  The media is not Congress. She didn't break any laws, it's not Congress' business. Either Harvard cares or it doesn't. It's Harvard's prerogative. Everyone needs to stay in their lane.

  2.  @Dude0000  The government is not paying for the right to enforce academic rules or decide on internal staffing matters. They have a mandate to enforce civil rights (so the first investigation was justified) but they have no mandate to enforce academic rules.

  3. @@shyned3975 That federal funding is mostly student financial aid. The government has a mandate to investigate civil rights offenses but not internal academic policy.
