  1. Write down 10 things you know you should do but haven’t (tasks, activities, hobby, etc). Now label them from least desire to most desire to do. Start with the thing you have the least motivation to do. By the time you’re done ✅ them all off, you feel like a different person. Stop thinking and do. Depression is a thinking problem. Take contrary action to how you feel. I’ve been there. The only way out is taking action.
