  4. Fat Acrobat there is a debate. Drugs or No drugs. Ted was simply saying that he performs his best without using substances. He has seen first hand what drug use can do to someone when it gets out of control. THC alters your mood and many people use it to ‘cope’ with stress/mental issues just like any other substance. It just doesn’t have as many negative effects and some people (like who joe was referring to) can use substances and control it, but not everyone can

  6. Only way to find out is your own personal experience. I’ve tried several but I’ve stuck with meat (mostly beef), rice, eggs, oatmeal, few veggies and few fruits. Strongest, leanest, and healthiest I’ve ever been.
