  30. Yes. Cesar does it. But it's not for just anyone. I have a husky shepherd mix. I got him as a young adolescent. He was neglected and probably mistreated. He was skiddish and ran away from us. We already had a well balanced adult toy poodle. I did not reinforce the husky"s negative behavior by forcing myself on him for my own pleasure (i.e. Overly petting and showing him affection for no reason) nor did I give him "unearned love". I introduced him into the family pack. And basically "ignored" him. (Not really) but I did not pay any physical attention to him. But I carried myself as the leader and he saw the respect my poodle shown towards me and he copied that. Most people would force themselves and overly try to pet and love on a skiddish or "sad" looking dog. That's the wrong thing to do. All that does is reinforce that state of mind and creates unwanted excitement. He gradually began to feel relaxed and slowly started to spend his time with us and our poodle. Over a few days he would lay closer and closer to us. I gave him direction and I earned his respect. Now, him and the poodle play together. I can leave them both inside during the day and they are relaxed and do not bother anything. Treat dogs like dogs. Give them direction and be authoritative in your demeanor and behavior and they will naturally gravitate towards you and follow your lead. Since implementing Cesars approach everywhere I go dogs respect me. I go to my in laws house where they have several overly excited dogs that run the show and misbehave. They are astonished when I come over. The natural vibe I put off they feel it and back off and chill out. I go in and take over just by my energy and demeanor. It's funny cuz the dogs will gravitate towards me rather than everyone else who is trying to pet and give them attention. Dogs want direction and to follow a leader!!!!

  552.  @h.dejong2531  false. Ships that “disappear” over the horizon to our eye can be zoomed by into full view with a zoom camera. Proving its not magical curvature of water but an optical effect. If you put a camera on the edge of a flat table that’s at surface level then take something like a small army man toy as you move it away from the camera to the other side of the table it disappears from the bottom side up. Saying the earth is a spinning ball so water must curve is not science. Science is observable, repeatable and measurable. A small beaker of water is not comparable to water sticking to a spinning ball and having a curved surface. I always find it funny that people say ships going over the horizon disappearing from your vision proves curvature yet cameras sent up to 120000 ft that do not show any curvature then it’s “oh that’s not high enough”. Btw as we ascend in altitude no matter how high the horizon always rises to the eye level of the observer. We never have to look down to see the horizon which if on a ball no matter the size, the higher we go up the more we would have to look down to see the horizon. But that’s not what we experience. Even cameras sent to 120000ft thr horizon remains at eye level with the camera. That’s only possible on a flat surface. Also speaking of the ocean, you say ships disappearing past the horizon while you’re looking straight out is proof of curvature well, look as far as you can to your left and then to your right how far of a distance do you think that is? It’s farther than the distance straight ahead of you, yet it’s perfectly level. Also at night with the moon shining on the water, it’s a seamless unbroken reflection of moon light between you and the vanishing point on the horizon, if that water was curved then that reflection would be impossible as light from the moon would be reflecting off the water in all directions.
