  1. I live in the mentality of decriminalize drugs and offer help to people with addictions. I say this because i dont think the cat and mouse game of "keeping the drugs off the streets" works. Its more of an excuse to target poor people who are making money. And real joke is people will cheer spending $50,000 to have poor people get beatup for dumb crimes but will be outraged when $10,000 is spent trying to help them.
