  2. @LizardGulps  Being honest it was more about Biden. Man was so afraid of upsetting Russia that he did the bare minimum until Trump was about ready to go into office. Then did about 5 percent more. Did not like sleepy Joe but do got more respect for a guy who was atleast pretending to be tough on Russia.
