@Splexsychiick It can not be consensual since she's 16 under the age of consent (age of consent being 17). The thing is, she claimed that she couldn't move at all and thought that he might have given her drug when he allegedly SA-ed her. Her word was firm that she was raped, and it was not consensual despite the allegation that she claimed to be a college student.
