  1. My parents were harsh on me growing up because they wanted me to have at the very least the same standard of living they have achieved. They struggled and suffered growing up themselves, they came from poverty but then they 'made it' financially and expected that I reached that level. The issue was, they had a very different outlook on what would make me happy. They just put it simply: money is the safest thing, if you have that, you're safe, and to get that stability--they forced you (me) to be excellent academically and follow a very 'traditional' way and excel in everything. Race does play into it, my parents always remind me that people will always see me as foreign and will always discriminate against me so I will have to fight harder and be excellent with everything I do so those people who try to make my life hard would not matter that much to me... so I do understand what can be construed as 'abuse' (although I admit, many verbal and physical abuse happened)..was due to their very rigid conditioning on how thing should be...

  2. Obviously, he's not being cancelled that 'hard.' He made his comeback videos less than a year of the 'cancellation,' and the majority gave positive reviews to his comebacks. In fact, cheating is not necessarily 'new' Dr Disrespect, for example, he could come back after cheating.

  3. It's been going on for years...unfortunately. By this point, I totally accept that this is just the way it is with tribal mentalism.
