  3.  @CrystalBrightz  To be fair, while I don't care for Rock's joke, that's what they do during award show, hire all these comedians to make fun of the actors/elites. If this were you and me, if you walk up to me and call me names and I slapped you in public, many eye witnesses, etc--police would take me to jail immediately. It's nice to have Hollywood privilege indeed.

  5. The joke was lame and pretty tame, imo. The reaction = overblown and VIOLENT. Of course, from not caring about Chris Rock as a comedian (I know some love his work, but I just don't), now I have immense respect for him that he deescalated the situation by not retaliating. I may reconsider to look at his work again with more discerning eyes LOL.
