  1. We're lucky that we purchased our home before the crazy hike of housing prices. We've paid off our house now, but these are some of the bills we're paying (their prices have gone up too) $300-$400 electric, plus $300-$600 water and sewer, $100-$150 gas plus $150 internet...oh tax would be around $500 a month. That's not including the insurance for car and house. Food and gas are more too, whoof. ETA: All those hikes in utility bills...our wages haven't gone up at all. Oh my husband got an increase of $.50 an hour a couple of years ago. Whoo.
