  1. The Foreign Minister of Lebanon came out recently with a revelation. Before his death, Nasrallah had agreed to the Franco-American proposal of a 21-day ceasefire. What happened instead was that Israel dropped 1,500 tons of American ordnance on his bunker. It is a good guess that Israel did this on purpose, to lure Nasrallah and his top lieutenants into one place for the bombing. It makes no sense whatsoever to claim that the Americans did not know this would happen. So if you are keeping score, it is once again a case of US betraying and undermining its allies for tactical gains. Disgusting.
