I would say that Russian positions on the Dnipro have been flooded. We do not know the extent of it. I would also say that some of the details about the incident still need to be investigated. But blaming Zelensky makes no sense. Even if he were a thoroughly callous individual, which he is not, doing this just to flood the Russian trenches and drive their artillery back for a few kilometers... that would be incredibly, incredibly brazen. If he did it and was found out, it would have tremendous consequences for the war effort and him personally. It does not add up.
