I am very much against the American foreign policy, but watching you go through this is no pleasure. It is a highly valid observation that Trump is an elitist disguised as a populist. But I also have to say that Biden came into office after the January 6th riots and did not clean up the system in any meaningful way. The people involved of course met the long arm of the law, but all the structural problems are still there in spaces. Just look at his climate czar, Joe Manchun, who is a coal millionaire and spent his time in office blocking all the green progress. Biden has also been proud how all these wars create jobs in America, which is grotesque. And then we have all the inequality, which is the engine that is ruining America and this also increased under Biden, as did the budget deficits. So no matter who wins, all the structural forces that create populism in US will remain in place, which is the true tragedy.
