  2. Problem is the socialistic mindset which leads to entitlement and laziness. Staunchly capitalistic places such as Hong Kong don't have these issues as much as they keep their citizens on their feet even in high age.

  3. I work in health care and everyone knows this. But try convincing a patient to change their unhealthy lifestyle in a 15min to 1h time window, success rate unfortunately is very low. Most folks just don't want to be bothered and be prescribed some sort of pill against easily preventable issues. This is why I don't work in a field with these chronic conditions because its just frustrating.

  5.  @FitnessOnAutopilot  Where I live they have to advice you to change your lifestyle for at least 6 months before prescribing medication unless it is very, very high.
