  6.  @prestonmatthews725  Just read up on history. Most of the financial reports of the colonies are available in a good library. Why did countries like China or Vietnam rise quickly? Haiti is not suffering from France but from their own corruption. They would be better off as a French colony like French Polynesia, New Caledonia etc.
