  3. Western "Intelligence" have cried wolf sooo many times when it was just PROVEN propaganda lies. Gulf of Tonkin, baby incubator "story", WMDs in Iraq, the whole Syria chemical nonsense .. the list goes on and on .. Obviously one would assume they are lying first and foremost unless they really show undeniable proof.
