  1. Each and every state of India MUST teach Hindi in Schools and state's mother tong , and if Tamil Nadu family happens to be in Punjab, their children should have facility to learn Tamil there. And same if Punjabi family happen to be in TN then their children should have facility to learn Punjabi there. Hindi MUST be a national language of India .Period
