@JohnAbraham-gh6dz Arabs mostly were not Traders ,it were the Jews of Arabian peninsular who were mostly traders before the coming on mo-ham-mad, Jews were the predominant people of Arabian Peninsular , mo-ham=mad's first wife Khadija was not born Muslim. Arabs became traders much later when they had conquered land's in the name of Allah, Sura 2:193.
